Original Sokos Hotel Seurahuone Savonlinna

Breakfast was very good and it was fun to walk around and look at the bird houses. There was a nice bar on the back street that had locals playing their music that we enjoyed. The castle was also an interesting visit and unfortunately we did not have time to visit the nearby museum.

This hotel is just a couple of minutes walk from the train station which was really great. It was nice and clean, safe for a solo traveller, and also a handy walking distance location from the castle and a couple of other nice walking locations. The breakfast choices were good and the 12noon check-out time was very welcome!

The pet benefit is superb and really generous! Our dog had a comfortable stay in the room. The staffs are so friendly, the food is great, and most importantly, we really love the view of lake saimaa directly from our room! Thank you so much and have a happy summer everyone!

The apartment was very nice and clean. The beds was super comfortable. The administration was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

Everything was very good. The hotel staff took care of my requests for garage parking & a larger bed. Breakfast was very nice, but it always is! The staff were very friendly & helpful. Thanks to Petri who understands & listens to our requests. Good job from the Sokos team😊
